DSC's roots and headquarters are in Damascus, Syria. We build software around a client's own organisation and its processes, rather than offering a single product that every customer uses in the same way.
A client might need a public service portal, an internal approvals system, a mobile application, connections between existing systems, or clearer reporting for management. In every case, the system is built around how the organisation actually works.
